If you couldn’t cut it through medical school, have no fear, your dreams of becoming a superstar surgeon can be realized with Surgeon Simulator 2013! The premise of the game is to perform a heart transplant and while the vast majority of us will lack the proper knowledege, education and precision to perfrom such a task without virtually mutilating the patient, that won’t stop us from hammering, sawing and drilling our way to victory.
